Automatic
Microtome is generally used for slicing thin sections of different specimens,
as biopsies for pathological diagnosis, tissue samples of animal and plant,
plastic, cork, wood, polystyrene, etc. Its two-in-one design concept gives
motorized and manual slicing, providing reproducible high-quality sections.
Automatic slicing allows to user can have free his hands to do other things. It
is used widely in research institutes, universities, colleges, hospitals, and
laboratories.
Key features:
1) Automatic mode allows the user can release
his hands to do other things, to improve working efficiency and simplify
technical difficult.
2) Two clamps (universal cassette clamp and
standard specimen clamp), foot pedal y separate control panel.
3) Smooth-running
handwheel and can be manual locked in any direction, to protect to operator
during samples processing.
4) Waste tray
increases efficiency by decreasing cleaning time and reduces contamination to
the operator/environment by effectively collecting and containing waste.
5) Emergency
brake immediately shuts down device avoiding accidents.
6) Touch
screen panel shows slice and trimming thickness, section counter and speed of
hand wheel rotation.
7) Simple control panel with selection mode (slice or trimming) and specimen advance and retraction quickly.
