Equipment designed to determine the dielectric breakdown voltage (BDV) of insulating oils used in high-voltage equipment.
Standard Accessories:
Test vessel
Disk electrodes
Spherical electrodes
VDE electrodes
Magnetic stir bar
Gap gauges
The ECO-1001D is designed to determine the dielectric breakdown voltage (BDV) of insulating oils used in high-voltage equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and power transmission systems. BDV is measured by applying a steadily increasing voltage between two electrodes immersed in an oil sample, allowing evaluation of the oil's overall condition and helping to prevent critical failures in electrical infrastructure.
Key features:
1) Large color touchscreen with an intuitive user interface for easy operation.
2) Supports international test standards (IEC 60156, ASTM D1816 and ASTM D877) along with one user-defined test method.
3) One-piece molded test vessel designed to minimize interference and help reduce the risk of oil leakage.
4) Built-in printer allows hard copies of test results.
5) Supplied with electrodes and gap gauges compatible with test methods.
