Fat analyzer is used to analyze fat content of food, and oil plants. It uses Soxhlet extraction principle which determine fat content by weight and calculate fat content percentage. This equipment is composed of heating system, flux recovery and cooling system. During operation, heating temperature can be adjusted according to difference between boiling point of reagents.
